At the end of the nice village which is 15 min drive from the beach and is surrounded by wonderful hills. The house was build by bricks which determined its strong construction. That two storey house has five rooms which are in good condition. The three rooms downstairs are used for kitchen, dining room and living room. Upstairs the two rooms are used for bedroom. The second floor needs a little work but there are no problems with the ceilings and the roof. There is inside toilet and bathroom in no very good condition, but it is big plus of the property because it is unusual for village houses to have. In front of the house there is nice summer-house with wonderful view. The house has electricity and running water. In the 1 300 sq meters garden there many fruit tree and small vegetable garden. That property does not need a lot of work and is good for investment.
