| PRESTIGE CITY is a brand new modern apartment development in the south-western part of the most visited, most attractive and preferred resort on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, Sunny Beach. The quietest and most picturesque area of the resort's beach, with large dunes and a wide sandy stretch, is within a few minutes walk. Both the bedroom and living room lead to the terrace and both rooms have sea views. The terrace has ample room for a table and seating for four people. The hallway, storage room, bathroom and terrace are tiled, and the bedroom and living areas are finished with laminate parquet. The living room has air conditioning and is wired for telephone, internet and cable TV.
The location of the development also puts the historic town of Nessebar within walking distance, and there are many shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs in the vicinity. The developer is concluding arrangements with tour operators for rentals to package holidays next year which they forecast to provide returns of around 7% per annum.
